I have picked up some amazing tips on my way that I want to share with you, these are just a few sneak peaks...
1. Push yourself to get up before the rest of the world, start with 7am, then try 6am and then 5.30am, for some this may sound crazy but it can be a real game changer! The amount of things you can get done in that time can really set your day up beautifully.
​
2. Push yourself to fall asleep earlier - start with 11pm, then 10pm, then 9pm, wake up in the morning feeling re-energised!
​
3. When you wake stretch! Start by reaching up to the sky as hard as you can, then try touching your toes, roll your head, stretch your fingers, stretch everything!
​
